Hauser has a small retail location located inside their factory building where you can purchase their chocolate. It’s located in an industrial park by the airport but worth going out of your way for. They have plenty of selection to peruse. Obviously they have plenty of chocolate made there but you can also get a small peak into the factory to see it being made. There’s a small self guided tour that has some information about the history of the company too. I’m not a chocolate aficionado but everything I’ve had there has been good. You can get edible body paint, chocolate bars & truffles. If you like candy(and you should) check them out. It’s always great to buy from a local business too!

What a find(and it isn’t easy to find)!! A rainy day excursion from the beach. WOW! You get one free same from the chocolate case. Decisions decisions! I had the jalepeno chili pepper dark chocolate, hubby had banana foster and my friend had the cranberry truffle, all we’re amazing! The chocolates are perfect bite size(not too big not too small) morsles of deliciousness! Well worth the trip and effort to find. As far as directions, if you go to the end of Tom Harvey, take a left and it’s in an industrial type building on the right. Good luck and happy tasting!

I have been buying mail order from Hauser for over twenty years. I use them for business gifts, personal gifts and just for me. I find their truffles to be the best I have ever eaten and I have tried many competitors. The mail order service has been perfect over and over again. Everyone has different views of chocolate. I find Hauser’s chocolate to be smooth and flavorful without being overwhelming. Give them a try.

I may be a little biased as I got a job here at the chocolate factory after the first time going, but I am going to review it anyway based on my first time going. Finding the location is a little tricky at first, you have to spot the Hauser foods sign and pull in and then around the building to get to the retail store. The retail store is set up nicely and smells of chocolate. There is a small walk through tour where you can learn about chocolate and look through the factory windows to see the workers making chocolate. Truffles and chocolate lace(drizzled crisp caramel dipped in chocolate) samples are available to taste. The store is filled with chocolates from the Swiss influence… so you won’t find chocolate mixed with marshmallows or other«newer» mixes. Just pure good chocolate. A good place to find a tasty and elegant gift. Prices are on the high side(but lower than say, Godiva) but quality is worth it. Good and helpful service. If I am working be sure to say hi!(then post a review so I don’t seem like I am biased)
