I can’t really review the quality of work of this company due to the fact that they never showed up.
Made an appointment for carpet cleaning for my apartment a couple weeks before with a service representative named Josh. On the day of the appointment I called when they were nearly 45 minutes late, just to make sure I had not mistaken the time they were supposed to arrive, and spoke with Josh again.
No record of any appointment. I expressed my frustration that I had made the appointment weeks ago and had specifically set time aside for today to have this cleaning done for the holidays. He literally did not care, just said «I don’t know what happened, maybe you have the wrong date.» How could I have the date wrong if you don’t even have a record of an appointment I made with you?
Needless to say, I did not bother to reschedule.
