Besides the front desk the rest of the staff is unfriendly. I was a new patient and no one introduced themselves they just called me in and made me feel very unwanted in the office. When the Dr. entered the room he went straight to my x rays without saying a word to me. There was a long awkward silence before (I) finally had to introduce myself. Across the St is Dr. Hayden and his entire staff was warm and very welcoming. Would recommend Dr. Hayden a million times over if you are looking for a ortho in the Westerly RI area!
