$ 7.99 for frozen clams that is 2⁄3 juice and 1⁄3 meat. I usually pay at other places $ 5 for all meat. He’s fast and loose with his pricing.

Every summer, when we come to the beach for a few weeks, we get all our seafood here. As others have pointed out, they have a somewhat limited selection(call ahead to check), but everything is incredibly fresh, the store is spotlessly clean and Mike, the owner, is very helpful.

This market Has the most limited selection of any market in westerly and at time it comes with an attitude, this market is not less expensive than any other markets try Dunns Corner Market limited selection but fresh and fair prices, or Stop& Shop. Want the best fish try McCades in Westerly or Seawell just over the state line in downtown Westerly

We live in south county, so every where you turn there’s seafood. What’s different about The Fishery is that it is GOOD&FRESH seafood. The owner, Mike, has been so helpful and informative. My husband & I are pescetarians(fish is the only«meat» we eat) so it is super important to us to have the best. We have become spoiled… from the quality of the seafood, to the service we receive, and we now refuse to buy our seafood anywhere else! Just like with anything else you eat… know where your food comes from & buy local.

We got 3.5 lbs of swordfish, 2 lbs of jumbo shrimp and 7 lbs of mussels for around $ 90. We called ahead so they wouldn’t run out and they were great about setting aside our order. It’s not a big place so I would recommend this if you have a big order. Everything was fresh and delicious!

We have been buying our seafood all summer and fall. Everything we purchased was extremely fresh and wonderful. It is the ONLY place we buy fresh seafood.

This has gotta be the cleanest fish market I’ve ever been in. The place is really bright & there’s no smell! We always get our seafood from here & haven’t been disappointed. It doesn’t hurt to call ahead since they sometimes sell out of particular fish. The employees are pretty helpful too & prices aren’t terribly expensive.

I offered to make dinner one night during my visit to RI and fish seemed like a no brainer. I was, after all, inches from the Atlantic. I had a bug up my ass to make poisson en papillote(that’s fish in parchment for you beginners) and only needed to decide what kind of fish to use. Several phone calls all over the tri-state area for sea bass yielded no results. I had to think fast on a substitution and decided to go with Atlantic cod. There’s no shortage of fresh seafood places in New England, but the Fishery sets itself apart from the rest: *small, but top-notch selection of just-caught fish *helpful, knowledgeable staff *reasonable prices *live lobsters in all sizes for all appetites *ready-made appetizers like crab cakes and crab-stuffed mushrooms As I mentioned, fresh seafood stores are a dime a dozen in these parts, but The Fishery made me channel my inner mermaid.
