Westerly Swimming Pools

My father bought a house with an in ground pool back in July. Time to close the pool for the winter and I have NO idea how to do it. I stopped in here and was given really good instructions on how to clean up my pool and an appointment for monday to close the pool and provide a cover.
Knock a star off as Monday came and a half hour after their arrival they still hadn’t called or showed up. I called them and asked and they said they were waiting for a break in the rain so maybe another hour. It would have been nice to call and tell me that but okay.
They came over and set me up with a cover and the pool chemicals… let me ask questions… and did their thing. They were super nice and when I panicked that I couldn’t raise my dad on the phone they didn’t mind me taking off for ten minutes to investigate.
When they were done they put everything back and away that they had used and even put the bricks I had blocking my back gate back in place. I paid in cash and they remembered to make paid on my invoice.
The prices were similar to another pool place i had called so I felt it was very fair.
I’ll update if their is any problems but over all I am pretty pleased with their kind and adaptable service.
