Doctor availability is incredibly limited. I was rescheduled several times before I finally looked for a new optometrist elsewhere. The final straw was how rude the personnel were on the phone and in person. It was infuriating how unaccommodating and disrespectful they were.
I have no complaints about the doctor I went to previously, but he left Comprehensive Eye Care anyway.

I am with my daughter today to see Dr. Demosthenous. Janet at the front desk took our information as soon as we walked in. We entertained her with our mother daughter antics while filling out an information sheet then took a seat in the waiting area. I got about 10 pages in to my magazine when we were called back. From start to finish it has been an hour and 15 minutes process. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. It’s a bit of a drive from Gahanna but it gives me an excuse to come to Westerville and eat at IHOP!
