I cannot offer my experiences at the new location as I was a patient at this previous location. Overall my experience with both providers at this location was good, and we had a wonderful relationship. In fact, if you asked me 6 months ago, or even 2 weeks ago, I would have given them 5 stars. I have referred other patients to them as well. My feedback here is about my experience NOW how I was treated by them as a former patient. This is something that has bothered me for a while, and I do not take poor reviews lightly so bear with me. I have«liked» their Facebook page for some time, and even gave a very positive review. The practice recently posted an article that I happened to disagree with on their Facebook Page about autism. We are a special needs family and have a good background and grasp of the information on this subject. I *VERYPOLITELY* and respectfully questioned their post and voiced my concerns. Instead of engaging with me on a meaningful level, the practice not only deleted my comment but banned me from their page. I have had nothing but praise for them and we had a great relationship. I completely understand that it’s their business page and they have the right to censor what information is on it. Unfortunately, though, the whole thing left me very sad and confused that this would happen as I was very polite and respectful in voicing my concern about the information that they were posting.
