I have Delta Dental PPO and work for the State of Ohio. My insurance did cover my visit and fillings with Dr Faeth. Ronni P your statement does not make sense «in my case I looked up on the insurance website, which said this office was not fully covered! if you knew ahead of time, why did you go there in the first place? You have a responsibility as a patient to educate yourself on you insurance plans, this is not the Doctors responsibility! Dr Faeth’s office staff would always give an estimate prior to any services rendered. We were always told that this is only a rough estimate. It appears your unhappy with what your out of pocket expenses are. It is sad that you would rate an excellent Dentist low, because you did not take responsibility for yourself and educate yourself prior to your appt. Dr Faeth and staff provide excellent care and I have been going to them for many years we were sad we had to move to Cincinnati and switch Dentists.

WARNING FOR STATE OF OHIO OR OTHER DELTA DENTAL CARRIERS: Dr. Faeth is NOT in the Delta Dental PPO network. She is in the Premier Network, which means that your dental work will not be fully covered. The office staff is vague about this and some of them outright lied to me about what would be covered, and then I got stuck with an $ 800 bill for my cavities that would have been free with a PPO provider.
Dr. Faeth is nice and my dental work was painless, but I do not appreciate being lied to. Won’t be back.

I very much like this dentist office. There are a couple other dentists there besides Dr. Faeth, so I don’t always end up seeing the same dentist each time (thus the 4 out of 5 stars). Aside from that, I have nothing but good things to say about them. The staff has always been friendly and the dental hygienists do a thorough cleaning without stabbing my gums. I feel confident that the dentists (including Dr. Faeth) are competent and I very much appreciate their friendly demeanor.
On the administration side, I’d also comment that they are pretty good about scheduling appointments. They always call ahead to remind me about an upcoming appointment. I haven’t had any emergency work done, so I don’t know how quickly that can get people in, but I know that you don’t have to schedule appointments months in advance.

Good dentist office. Have had wonderful service. Able to get me in when I had a problem. Highly recommend Dr. Faeth.
