Great family doctors for all of your needs. We adore Dr. Simon and switched when Dr. Blocker left the practice when she moved. Dr. Simon is sincere, listens and takes great notes. We all visit him for our annual wellness visits and all the stuff in between. I get to use a patient portal to schedule appointments, send the doctor a message or ask a question and to make any payments. The office is also easy to access, right off Polaris Parkway near the corner of Maxtown amd Route 3. It’s in a large building on the 2nd floor. The best thing about the visit is seeing the fish tank. The fish tank has all the characters of Nemo. Yes, it makes me feel like a kid again every time I see it.

I was a patient at this practice for a few of years based on it’s close proximity to my home and the great reviews I read. I saw Dr. Lisko and I honestly have to say that I always felt like a number to him. His bedside manner was cold and very distant almost, like why am I wasting his time. He never seemed overly concerned with what I was coming for and I only would visit about 3x a year. one being my annual exam. Maybe I wasn’t bringing in enough money for him, but I also did not care for the office staff either. I continued to go hoping maybe I was seeing him after a very unpleasant visit with another paitent, but after at least 8 visits and always being brushed aside as if I was a bother, I left and am happy with my new phsyicians practice(Worthington Family). I am a very easy patient as I generally am healthy outisde of allergies and migraines and get sick once or twice a year with sinus infections(co-related to my allergies) and maybe strep throat. Not sure it it was just me he didn’t care for or this is just his general attitude to all his patients? I’ve heard Dr. Simon is a much better physician, so if you decide to go here, I suggest asking to make and appointment with him.

If you’re gonna be sick, you might as well love the doctor, right? My first PCP is Dr. Chen – who is fabulous. But I also have a second PCP who is more about Western medicine… just different issues. Polaris Parkway Internal Medicine & Pediatrics is such a fantastic group of people. From the receptionists, to the office staff, to the nurses, and the doctors, they’re all amazing. I personally see Dr Simon, but I have friends who see the other doctors too. We love them all! Since I can really only speak about Dr Simon, I’ll tell ya: he’s kind, listens to what you have to say, and always gives a plan. That’s a winning combination in my book. Oh, they also have a patient portal, so you can do most things online!

My children have been coming to this pediatric office for the last seven years. Originally they were seen by another pediatrician at this office who ended up leaving abruptly. The transition to a new pediatrican was handled nicely. Their current doctor is Dr. Phillip Simon. Dr. Simon is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He has an excellent bedside manner and speaks in layman’s terms. He is also a genuinely caring doctor. My children like and feel comfortable with him. I trust and have confidence in him. The office is conveniantly located to pharmacies, urgent care, children’s close to home and a hospital. The building offers ample parking and the office is alway neat and clean with a small play area. The office hours are convenient, telephone calls are promptly returned and prescriptions are also filled in a timely manner. When my children are sick and need to be seen on short notice, they are very accommodating. I have also never had any issues with billing mistakes. The nurses and receptionist are also friendly and knowledgeable. A great pediatrics office!
