I spoke to Buffy on phone. Took over 10 mins to book a storage unit. Then the manager Jill called me later that day and stated there is no unit available. Terrible business. She stated they promised it to someone else. Way to run a business! I would encourage all to go elsewhere.

Easy to sign up on line, and close to my house. When I arrived to sign the lease, they showed me the one the computer assigned. Because I need to move some heavy stuff, they let me pick one that is closer to the driveway. They also let me pick a larger one. Sometimes it’s harder to imagine what size you need until you see them. After a few signatures, we were all done. In and out real quick. Jill was really friendly, and easy to work with.

This is the absolute worst company to EVER give your money to… I just could not post this without a star but they deserve –5. 1.YOURRATEWILLGOUP!!! I have had a unit for 9 months now and my rate has increased twice! 2. If you move in late in the month they prorated to make sure they get every penny but if u move out on the second they give u none of your monthly fee back. I pay my bills a week in advance so when I unexpectedly got approved for a house I got no money back for the month I used one day of. 3.The woman at this location is EXTREMELY rude and will not even hear out your question before she begins talking over you and if you ask her to slow down she gets mad. She has hung up on me more than once because I was asking for my turn to talk. 4. Don’t bother calling her boss… the district manager… to complain… I called every day for four weeks and got no return phone calls not to mention the four weeks following that when I called the REGIONAL manager several times and left messages and never got a call back so obviously they condone their staff talking down to people. Find a smaller business to rent from that will actually appreciate your business!!!
