Spring Creek Apartments

My boyfriend recently moved in these apartments so I’m there quite often. There was a lot of mix ups on his move in date .
1. He paid his deposit well in advance and on the move in date, they showed that he didn’t .
2. No one communicated with him about the pro rated cost of moving in 3 days before the first.
So besides all the stress of moving, he also had to deal with that. From the things he has told me about the people in the leasing office, they are very rude.
He has a two — bedroom, two bath and in my personal opinion, these are very nice apartments. The price definitely reflects that as well. I also feel if you are paying a lot to live someplace, you should be able to have lots of freedom and be treated good.
They have a very inconvenient rule about parking. The only people that can park right in front of the apartments are the people they live there and are there every day. If anyone else does. You get your car towed. Now they do have two guest spots; about ten parking spots each. About a five minute walk from his apartment. But this complex is pretty big. Right now it’s not so bad but in the winter this will be brutal. Sometime I get off late and are the spots all taken. So it’s a really silly rule to me .
This complex also has LOTS of potholes that I’m wondering if they will ever fix.
Right now, all I can say about this place is the apartments are pretty nice. It’s the middle of May and the pool isn’t open yet so that’s really all to it.

I love the price for the garden flat 2 bedroom 2 bath & the fact there is security patrol. I didn’t mind getting a new sex offender notice every week. What makes this such a negative experience is Birdie. I talk to many of the other residences and they all agree that she’s the worst Leasing person to deal with after she gets you to sign that lease. She tells you one thing, and then when you call her on it she says she never said what she promised. Maintenance was a massive pain in the butt too. I had to write to corporate to get something that was promised and the manager got mad at me. Not my fault she’s never around to talk to about things.
