Signed son up for swim lessons not knowing facility. Went for first lesson and it was extremely disorganized. The locker rooms are filthy and there was actual human feces on the bathroom floor. Was shocked at how cheap lessons were, know I know why. Have one more lesson then hoping will never have to return. Staff seemed nice but unfortunately unkept unorganized facility weighs out the positives.

I started visiting the pool in 2002 and 2004 for a few swim parties(including the one that I hosted in 2004). It became my summer swimming home more in 2006. In 2007, I became a paying member every year. The pool has been opened since 1958. Despite being an older pool, the people who run the pool take very great care of the pool and the staff make sure that their pool experience is a great day in the summer time. The L-shaped pool has a diving area that is 9 feet deep with 2 diving boards, and a 25-yard lap pool that is 3 – 5 feet deep. They have a kiddie pool. The main pool is very huge and has a great water slide that is so fast, a water slide just for the younger kids under 12 years old, different area to cool off and have fun in the pool in the summer time. I have swam my laps, did some diving off the boards, going on the water slide, playing in the water, and doing surface dive in the 10 feet area of the pool. It is very affordable with membership and day visits. I am very hopeful that the Westerville Jaycee Pool is open this summer and every summer and beyond.
