They don’t care about their tenants. Definitely outdated compared to everything else in the same area. Horrible pot holes all year long.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Westerville, OH
Overall I think the Woods at Polaris Parkway is a nice place to live, if you can afford the overpriced rent. It’s not so overpriced that it’s not worth it, but it is. I’ve lived here around 4 years now, and I’ll give a rundown of the good and the bad. I live in a 2-bedroom townhouse, FYI. Good: Overall staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes they do give different information, and you just have to clarify as to what is the final answer(example: renewed lease and was told 2 different amounts. Annoying, but they are human, and are apologetic when that kind of thing happens) Maintenance staff has changed, and couldn’t be happier. Current maintenance is very friendly, and are speedy about getting requests completed. And they do not have a problem about coming back, if the problem comes back. Safety. Westerville Police patrol the complex frequently, and I have never had any problems. I can confidently take a walk late at night, and have never felt afraid. Plenty of lighting everywhere. Location, location. You have 3 grocery stores less than 5 minutes from you. Meijer is literally a block away. Kroger is right across the street, and so is Giant Eagle. Polaris Mall is around 10 minutes away, and plenty of spots to eat.(I highly recommend Romeo’s Pizza, take-out/delivery only). I don’t know if this is standard, but every time someone moves out, they replace the carpets and repaint. Also, at lease renewal, one of the benefits is they will have your carpets deep cleaned. There is a pool and workout room. However, I don’t frequent them, so I really can’t comment on the quality that much. The workout room was recently renovated, so it does look very nice. Elliptical, treadmill, weights. Standard fair. The pool seems to be in good repair, and they have plenty of chairs to lay out on. Bad: During the summer there were some problems with children running around unattended and apparently falling into cars on their bikes. The complex sent out a notice about this, and as far as I could tell, curbed the problem. Appliances in the apartments are not updated. The stoves are quite a few years old, along with the refrigerators. For the price you pay, it would it seems silly to not update them. Or it might be that we have lived in our apartment for 4 years and so they don’t feel the need to update. Leaks. When there is a heavy rain, the ceiling above the garage will leak. Not dripping down, but you can see the watermark. The complex knows about the issue, because it effects quite a few units, but has yet to fix the issue. Maintenance does what they can, but the complex says it’s the builder who needs to fix the problem.(this only pertains to the townhouses though) Right beside a La Petite Academy. Which could be very convenient if you have a child. However, in the past there have been children who I called the«Screamer» and«Shrieker». If you live in the units closer to the academy, you can definitely hear them. The walls aren’t particularly thick. So you can hear your neighbors tv, or if they are feeling frisky, you can hear that too. So there is a rundown of some of the good and the bad about the complex. Is it necessarily the most bang for your buck? That’s debatable. But if location and safety are your main concerns, you really can’t do much better.
