I have used Parma Windows to replace my windows on two different Berea, OH homes. On both occasions, owner Rob came to the house, answered all our questions, took measurements and gave us a fair price for an excellent product. He advised that he would call us when the windows were ready to install. He stated that nearly everyone calls to check on them, and while we could do that if we wanted, it wouldn’t be necessary because he follows up with the manufacturer and will call us the minute they are ready to be installed. The first time he promised a date near the first of the year. True to his word, right before the first, Rob called to schedule installation and the windows were in the first week of January. Rob, himself was onsite for the installation along with his crew and the work was completed quickly and cleanly and we couldn’t have been more happy with the quality and price. The second time we used Parma Windows, the manufacturer had a delay with the production of our windows. Rob called and explained the delay and what was being done to expedite our job. It was only a couple weeks more and still less than the 45 day quote and our windows were being installed. Again, Rob came to the site the morning of and back again at the end of the job to finish off the calk. The windows went in quickly and cleanly, the guys left no mess, and they were a pleasure to have in my home. I love, love, love my new windows and couldn’t recommend Parma Windows to anyone in the Greater Cleveland Area more highly. Thanks, Rob!

OK hard 2 get excited about windows. Even worse after someone brings the horse and pony show in your house to sell said windows. Rob(owner) came to house and didn’t bring six windows and a heat lamp to oversell product. We were looking to sell house and didn’t want $$$ windows. We got $ 200 windows, there are like what others priced at $ 500. No capping charges. No extra for screens. No removal charges. Oh yeah, his ad was for $ 199 per window. They have energystar symbol, screens, tilt in and out, they are dual pane argon filled. Three hour job lasted three hours. We will have them back for picture window in spring.
