Thought I would look great with a new cut and color, but was terribly disappointed. The color was wrong and had a botched, uneven hair cut. Asked for a trim and took a lot off my length. Cut is a mess. Asked for medium blond, turned out dk brown.
My scalp was burned and suffered eye injury as well.
I am wearing a ponytail until it grows out, and very upset as I am waiting for my injuries to heal.

Not a good experience, I went here as supposedly color experts, My usual hairdresser was unavailable. My hair has never been the same since. Did not do what I asked and dyed my hair the complete wrong color. It is going to cost me a fortune to have this corrected. Complete disaster!!!
