Terrible service! Games hardly ever work and no one working to help you! Food service sucks! No one working. I haven’t been here in over a year and now I remember why. Hasn’t changed and I don’t see this place staying open much longer. It’s gone downhill in the last couple years drastically

Should it take 15 minutes for 3 slices of pizza and 2 drinks? The pizza was already cooked and just needed to be put in a plate. The woman right behind me was there even longer for a soda pitcher. The kitchen needs a redesign. Employees have to walk out back constantly. Many times there is one employee working the kitchen. Self serve slices and soda fountain would probably reduce the burden on your kitchen staff.

The climbing structure is amazing, plenty to do to move your body(ball pits, tunnels, etc) and the arcade section(also didn’t do). There is food(we didn’t eat), vending machines, plenty of parent sitting, etc. What I didn’t like was, you had to pay extra for the bounce house and the staff was less than courteous and not welcoming. Upon arrival you would have thought we were inconveniencing her. She also spent half the time at the desk on her cell phone. She was less than pleased to help us with any questions as well. I will come back because it was fun for my toddler, but the staff wasn’t great.

BADIDEA! UNHEALTHY! NOAIRCONDITIONING(and no open windows for air to even circulate). Came on a typical summer day thinking this would be a good alternative to the park but to my suprise it was just as HOT&HUMIDINSIDE Big Adventure’s as it was outside!!! Never again. I’d be surprised if kids weren’t passing out in here from the heat! Health department please inspect this business! Credit card machine was down but thankfully I had cash on hand when we got there. Then when we went to leave, nobody was at the front desk to give us our shoes back so we had to wait quite a few minutes for a staff member. It was such an unprofessional place. Very disappointed.

This is another case of maybe not being picky enough, but we enjoyed ourselves. It’s probably the biggest climbing structure I’ve ever seen. Well, no probably about it, it is. There’s plenty of fun to be had, and that’s how I judge these things. Also, and this blew my mind: we ordered a pizza and prepared for the worst. Then, a giant, artisan-shaped(irregular oblong), quite tasty pizza emerged. We were shocked. One big downside is that we lost a fair number of tokens in defunct pieces of arcade equipment. They should look into that. If I was them, I’d also hire someone for a monthly deep-clean and beyond… the place could use some new paint and general brightening, too. It wasn’t horribly dirty to me, just used hard by kids over the years(I suppose I apply different standards to places that I know have been abused by kids…). Maybe they could partner with one of the local moms or something… find someone with a nice case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to go in there and do a quality job of cleaning in exchange for free passes and goodies for their kids. I’d definitely go back if I was local, that said.

What a terrible experience at this establishment! I brought my two kids there on a Friday night and it was pretty quiet when we arrived(maybe 2 or 3 other families). After about 5 minutes, I went to find the only person on staff(a teenager) in the entire building so we could pay(now I wish we just walked in). My kids are pretty young so I took them to the toddler play area. When my son wen t in the climbing playscape, he kept saying«mom I cant climb up in here.» Thinking that he just needed a little help, I climbed up with him. There was no way to actually go beyond a certain point because all of the foot holds were missing! The rest of the place was disgusting to boot. At the end of our quick visit, we had to go behind the counter to get our shoes ourselves as no one was staffing the front desk.

Big Adventure is an indoor playground and arcade. The pros are the big climbing structure which has a lot of elements to it and is great exercise for the kids. And it’s great to have a place like this in our area, especially for times like a rainy day or by the end of Summer vacation. The cons: the major objection is how filthy this place is. The plastic tubes on the climbing structure are covered with dust. The carpet is a mess of dust bunnies and debris. When you walk in the room it smells of mildew and toxic cleaners. Any children’s place these days should be using green cleaners! If the Health Department walked in there, I’m sure they would get a fine. There is a cafeteria which serves the usual«attraction» fare of pizza, hot dogs, etc. It’s also a place to sit and eat if you bring your own snacks, as we do. The price of admission is kind of steep at $ 8, especially when they’re obviously not spending any money on cleaning. Big Adventures has a lot of potential and I certainly wouldn’t wish for them to close, but I do wish they would clean up their act.
