Just like the name says, it’s an art gallery and shop boutique. It also functions as part of a rehabilitation program for adults with traumatic brain injuries. There is a public studio in the back where you can walk through and see the various art work done by people who are living with a traumatic brain injury. They have local art on display when you first walk in as well as a featured artist’s gallery in back of their cash wrap. Right now until June they’re featuring artist Eva Albert’s acrylic pieces. It’s not as cluttered and cramped as it sounds. The area is spacious and the way the boutique is set up is quite classy. They keep changing their exhibits from month to month too. While some of their jewelry pieces and clothing is splurge worthy there are a lot of nice gifts that are affordable and just as sophisticated. I bought a few things for my mom here for Mother’s Day. We were also greeted warmly when we came in and were informed a great deal about the facility. Didn’t notice any rudeness with the staff like another Unilocaler on here has mentioned. We weren’t dressed to the nines either. Overall the gallery was a great experience.

Gallery U Boutique is a perfect combination of creative art gallery and unique shopping boutique. When I first entered this place, I was drawn straight to the adorable merchandise(including high-end brands). The artwork is very unique as well and is located in the front of the gallery as well as in the back room. Definitely a place worth visiting more than once!
