Yeah — a few complaints here: 1) I try to order on the Pizza Hut website, but the site insists that I’m not in their delivery area. Interesting, being that they’ve been to my house a dozen times when I call-in the order. Call your IT people and get the site fixed. 2) I still remember the 70’s, when Pizza Hut still cooked pizzas in an actual pizza oven instead of the treadmill quick-heater. The current cooking method results in undercooked pizza, even the thin crust. You can order it «well done», but that results in the pizza being way too well done. I know we can’t go back to 1978, but would it kill you to get the heat & cooking time issues resolved?

Quickie Review: For the amount of orders they receive the quality of their pies have been consistent for me, but their speediness varies depending on who’s working.

You really shouldn’t have to order your pizza and ask for it «well done» so that they cook it thoroughly enough so bottom crust isn’t soggy.

Thank you Pizza Hut for sending me the inedible parts of your traditional chicken wings and counting those as my 8 pieces. I love to waste my hard earned money.

I used to consider this one of the best locations I’ve ordered from but something has changed recently. I’ve watched the food quality decline and I have found myself ordering less often. I used to order weekly, now maybe only monthly from this location if I’m feeling lazy because I don’t want to drive to the closer location that doesn’t deliver to my house. My last 2 encounters left me with food delivered 45 minutes after promised time and when it was received, part of my order was missing and the wings and fries were cold and rubbery. The bread sticks and pizza were cold as well. I called the store and learned my food had been sitting in someone’s car for over 30 minutes. But the thing that makes me the most upset with this location is that the manager wouldn’t even bother to get on the phone. So much for customer service, an apology from the manager would’ve gone a long way rather than from a giggly girl on the phone relaying what she was being told. Though an offer to remake the order was made, I couldn’t wait for another order to be sent with small children waiting to eat.

I tried out one of their Supremes. .. nothing like it use to be. VERYPOOR, even for a chain. I’s sticking with«Mom and Pop» places!

I never thought that I’d become a regular Pizza Hut customer as I’m well past the age where you should be eating pizza on a regular basis, but I’m thisclose to being a regular at this place. Why? The wings! Especially the Buffalo«burnin’ hot» variety. They are just made for a Sunday afternoon of NFL viewing, or even as just a dinner entrée. Yeah, I’m addicted to these suckers. I’ve always placed my wing orders at this Pizza Hut location online and my order’s always been ready when I arrived. As another review noted, this location has a drive-thru but I’ve always just walked in. The liquor store next door is a bonus, too, but just make sure to pick up your pizza(or wings) first, and THEN hit the liquor store.

Definitely a fan of this Pizza Hut — but then again, Pizza Hut is pretty good everywhere. What makes this one different? DRIVE-THRU !! Personally I never use the drive-thru because I like to go inside to wait for my carryout, but that’s a big plus for them. Another big plus is the helpful people who wait on you inside, the delivery team, and the management who keeps the quality high for the product. My favorite is the Chicken Taco Pizza with real sour cream. Thanks for that! Liquor store next door is nice too but don’t take any alcohol into the Pizza Hut.
