re: Awesome, Incredible Sleepy’ s Customer Service!!! Recently I bought a mattress that I did not enjoy. Unfortunately, I did not believe I could return that mattress due to the fact that my husband had removed the tags. I recently wrote a disparaging review of the mattress because it was that bad of a mattress for the price($ 1500). I purchased the mattress from Sleepy’ s. After the review posted, I received a call from Sleepy’s HQ indicating that they had read my review and wanted to work with me to make it right. Not only was I able to return the mattress I did not like and obtain another, they gave me great pricing and were even able to deliver it the next day — on a Sunday!!! So needless to say I am completely overwhelmed. I thought the days of true customer service was long gone. Even though this was our fault Sleepy’s worked with me to make sure my husband and I were fully satisfied. I am happy to say that the new mattress is simply wonderful and I, my family and friends will never buy from anywhere else but Sleepy’ s. If you truly want to do/support a business which has true customer focus, do business as much as you can with Sleepy’ s. And if you can — go to the Westfield store which is run by Ray Wholley. He is the field sales trainer for all of Western Mass and was an AMAZING help throughout this process. Although I had not bought my mattress from his store originally, he was most gracious and took the time to work with me and my husband explain the various compositions so we could be sure that we selected a mattress with which would be truly comfortable. Ray is a consummate professional with an unparalleled knowledge of his products and customer-centric focus. Thanks so much Sleepy’ s & Ray!!!
