My go to coffee place! Staff is friendly and take the time to greet you. Over the years of coming here I know most staff by name and they greet me by name as well.

I love Starbucks in Westford! It’s my go-to for coffee even with many other, cheaper choices because it’s great coffee! Service is great too! I ordered a tea and they were out of the kind I wanted so I chose another kind, not really thinking it was a big deal. He gave it to me on the house and made it into a yummy latte. Made my day!

It’s Starbucks. Staff seems friendly and knowledgable. Plenty of parking. Some comfy chairs but not a huge setup for computers. Four seats at bar area if you like that. Not overly crowded for a Sunday morning. Drinking my dark roast in comfy chair and going up for free refill

Friendly and efficient staff. Often long lines of folks popping in to grab and go. Variety of seating choices for us road warriors with laptops and smartphones attached to our fingertips.

Yeah the know me here which is a good thing. They actually had my Frappuccino ready for me before I got to the counter as they’d seen me holding the door for some other patrons. One of these days I’ll order something different just to mess with them but boy do I enjoy my caramel frappuccino

Nice little shop. They make the best of a small storefront. Convenient place to pause and wait for a prescription at nearby CVS. They’ve got all the standard Starbucks stuff and the handle a good number of customers without a problem.

My god. I used to love this Starbucks. I work next door of this store. So i got a green card and i was able to get free refills. There’s one Batista, i told him that i worked next 2 door of Starbucks and he always give me a refill. But now he left and this store have a new Batista(new guy) so i told him the same thing. He is being very rude and say«Is he working here anymore? NO ! «, «u left the store so i can’t give u refills» I’m like wtf? Why r u so rude to me? I mean come on guys,

My experience varies drastically every time I go in there. Some days, its 5 star+. Today, it was one star. Not only did they make a hot chocolate instead of a mocha, they didn’t offer the free drink coupon which goes with a messed-up drink. I’ve never seen these baristas before, so I’ll blame it on the newness and hope they get it together.

The worst Starbucks… as an employee with one of the nearby company’s, we spend alot of money in this location. And everytime, the staff is rude and bothered by our orders and always gets something wrong. Even when we submit order written up — seems pretty easy but not for this location. If you can find another coffee shop — try it cause this is not a good experience.

Went in before Christmas to buy 4 pounds of coffee as Christmas gifts. I am not a coffee drinker. She asked if I wanted it ground and I said YES, because the people who get this coffee as gifts don’t have coffee grinders. She patiently informed me that ground coffee goes stale faster than non-ground coffee. Also, anybody with a bag of Starbucks coffee can get it ground for free. These are things I do not know and need to know. Was given a free large cup of hot chocolate for spending so much money there at one time. Aways appreciate getting something free. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I love free promotions, so yesterday Starbucks drew me in like a magnet: Between opening time and 10:30 a.m., you could get a free muffin, bagel, croissant, scone, or slice of banana bread, etc., with any«liquid» order(I think the intent of the promotion was so you could try their new«healthier» muffins, etc., but you could have anything you wanted for free. Muffins, croissants, etc., do not equal healthy even if you call them«healthy.») I don’t usually go to coffee shops, but I had my coupon and figured I was in the area so what the heck. I had a medium regular(nothing fancy and nothing with the word«latte» in it), no sugar, as well as a free blueberry scone(this is one instance where I’ll eat blueberries), which was very large and very tasty. This location is fairly new, but it seems smaller than other Starbucks I’ve seen. There were only about five tables(and I believe free WiFi) and there wasn’t much maneuvering room. When I entered the store, at 10 a.m., all the tables were full but no one was in line. Five minutes later, there was a line out the door. If I saw that line when I came in, I would have skipped the coffee and the carbs and would have saved myself I’m guessing almost 450 calories. Will I come back? Probably for the next promotion. Three stars cuz it’s «only» a Starbucks, not a one-of-a-kind coffee establishment with over-the-top baked goods.
