Apparently, the owner erased my first review (10⁄13) and I strongly felt a replacement was in order. In a nutshell, they destroyed my long brown hair with bright yellow color/​highlights and shattered off 3−4″ a month before my wedding. During my visit, another client complained of orange results, they had to redip her too. If you value a professional service, find another salon.

Meh. Can’t bash it too much b/​c they’re nice… but there’s inexperienced ppl cutting hair there… straight (or even) or symmetrical is not an option… and I’m talking linear-​esque — not metaphorically…

I start going to the Salon at 142 about a year ago and am so happy I found this place! Shauna always does a great job on my hair, and does exactly what I ask. It’s so hard to find a stylist that will listen to what YOU want.
I also love that you can make appointments via e-​mail, pay by credit card & tip on your card too. The salon is modern and clean too.
Definitely recommended!

I often head up to Billerica for vacation to visit with family, and it is always a good time. I was looking for a Salon to get a few last minute cosmetic things done. I had a wonderful facial, and mani/​pedi from Sabrina. She is THE BEST person I could imagine going to. Not only did she do a great job, but she was so funny and endearing. She seemed like the kind of person I’d be friends with if I lived in the area. I highly recommend her, and I will be back next time I visit!

I’ve been going to Sayda now for a couple of years and she is the only one who has ever been able to make my hair look good! Now I take my 19 month old son there too and they are great with him as well.

I’ve been getting my hair cut there for about 3 years now and love it. The staff is very friendly and really cuts hair well. The décor is gorgeous and sunny. They are always accommodating with regards to rescheduling an appointment.
Top notch place!
