Westford Package Wine and Spirits

Love this place. It’s a small store but they’ve got some nice stuff. We browsed for a little bit and found an amazing new craft beer so good we came back the next day and bought more. Not much else to say, it’s the MASS version of a liquor store. The booze selection seemed pretty limited but I have no idea if that’s a MASS thing or something else. If you’re looking for beer or wine I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at what they have packed in a small location.

A tip of my hat to this liquor store! They are CONSISTENTLY friendly, helpful, well stocked, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll get it, and competitively priced. They recently expanded the shop making it roomier and adding more choices. Check these guys out! It’s a great local business and with all the chain restaurants and cookie cutter stores moving in, Bob and Donna are a breath of fresh air!

I had a very bad customer service experience in this liquor store. I brought 4 bottles of wine to the checkout counter. The young woman working there did not say a word and just started to ring up my order. I gave her my credit cardShe then proceeded to put all 4 bottle of wines into a single paper bag. I asked her to separate the wines into two bags and she snapped at me and said «We don’t usually do that». I found myself having to explain to a clerk that two of the bottles are gifts and the other two are for my own enjoyment. She begrudingly pulled out a second bag and put two bottles in it. She then decided the first bag she used was too big so she pulled out the remaining two bottles and use the bottles while still in her hand to knock the bigger paper bag off the surface while her other free hand pulled out a smaller bag. Wow, really? I bought $ 63.00+ worth of wine from you and you are giving me an attitude? Really? Is it because I’m Asian? she was quite pleasant with the Caucasian customer before me.
This is my last visit to this liquor store.
