Horrible! The service was terrible and the manager Joann was so rude and unprofessional. She got in to a physical fight with a restaurant patron at the hotel bar and had to be carried out of the hotel by the staff. Because of her fight they shut down the live music and everyone had to go back to their rooms. It was horrible, do not waste your money.

Went here during summer of 2013 with some friends. Staff was completely unhelpful and manager was unprofessional and nasty. The pictures do not show the hospitality you will receive. DONOT let them book the room by the bar for you. You will not be able to sleep as you will hear thumping on the walls all night and good luck speaking to the manager about it, she still HASNOTCALLEDMEBACK! There was a noise silencer in the room just because it was so bad. The manager got into a bar fight on the deck the Saturday night while we were there and then the music shut down early because of her. NIGHTMARE! Spend your money any where else.

You will be forever sorry if you stay here. Dispute with this place is ongoing. You might be fortunate enough to get a nice bed, but if you have any issues with any accommodations you will be trapped in a total nightmare including dealing with the manager who is running the place like Hotel California. Seriously, stay elsewhere but enjoy the Saltwater grill on Saturdays for live music on the deck, great drinks which is not owned by the resort. I am sure if were, that would be a nightmare too.

Stayed at the dune deck for the weekend to enjoy westhampton beach. The people were nice but the accommodations are terrible. I’m not opposed to paying over $ 500 per night but this was a $ 79 a night room. Location is great right on dune road but they really need to fix up the place. Peeling paint, uncomfortable bed, cheap sheets and blankets, broken shower head, bathroom floor warped and on and on. We spent most of the time with our friends at their beach house down the street thankfully so it was really just a crash pad. Not planing on staying there again.

I will NEVER deal with them again! I have stayed there a couple of times in June with my girlfriends. Joann, the woman who runs the hotel, does not call you back or email you back if you contact her in Jan — April to book your summer vacation. I also called her to book a 200 person event for the end of the season, and she blew me off! They are rude and have no consideration for people that need to plan ahead. I originally called the last week of January to get information on having my event, so I could make a decision and book a venue by mid February. She was supposed to get back to me right away, but after 3 emails I finally got an email back at the end of Feb, that she was on vacation, didn’t have any information, because she was waiting on a call back, and she would get back to me on Feb 28th. She could have emailed me before she went on vacation to tell me that. but nope. The morning of Feb 28th I sent one last email expressing how I was coming out to the Hampton’s the next weekend to book and put a deposit on a venue, and I looked forward to her response as she promised, later that day… nothing! I have still not heard back from her, and today is March 6th!

500 a night for an incredibly loud and uncomfortable room. Yes, they have the beach, pool bar combo but that was done many years ago. These owners don’t know what they want to be. A loud bar w live bands literally on your doorstep, a family hotel or a restaurant. Unfortunately they do none of these well. Hotel is overpriced and dingy with loud bands playing until midnight that ruin any family vibe or sleeping you could attempt. The food is probably the best part of the experience but there’s no reason to waste your money staying there for the restaurant. The beach was poorly kept and next to a loud surfer beach w underage drinking, loud music and aggressive drunk kids and left me wondering if I woke up in a bad episode of Jersey Shore or if I was actually in the Hamptons. This place is for sale and it’s no wonder, these owners are absolutely clueless. It’s a shame because it has potential but if you want to experience this place sleep on your floor and blast your radio until midnight while drinking margaritas from a bad mix with cheap tequila. All in all an utter waste of money.
