Carriage Cleaners

I just have to say that the ladies here Are so nice and accommodating. They work with with you want and my clothes come out looking perfect every time. They also treat you more like family than customers, and that type of treatment is hard to find.

I am new to the area and was looking for a cleaners, so I read about this one on Unilocal and thought I’d try them. Let me tell you, I was so mad when I picked up my stuff! They put 4 HUGE holes in a skirt of mine by putting literally the biggest safety pins I’ve ever seen through it. I had a couple skirts cleaned but on this particular one the material didn’t «bounce back» when I took the pins out. When I took it back in to show them the woman’s response was «nobody will look at it, it’s fine». I was shocked! She pressed the top of the skirt but the holes were still really noticeable. She didn’t offer to do anything and just walked away from the counter, into the lines of clothes and never came back. The worst part about it was that she kept telling me to stop complaining and that my eyes were «too good» and that nobody would notice the holes. Overall it was a terrible experience and I prefer my clothes to not come back damaged when I take them to the cleaners. I won’t be going back.

i liked this cleaners because they are very close to my house and my clothes are cleaned to my expectation.
i now love them because they are great with their service. i got there 30 minutes after they closed (6:30p) I was used to the hours of my old cleaners. Anyhow the nice lady was still in the store and let me in to pick up my clothes. I know so many companies with employees that don’t realize the impact of the little things.

I decided to give Carriage Cleaners a try after using Fazio for a couple of years. Even with 30% off coupons, Fazio is just a little too pricey. Carriage has been around for a long time and have been using non-​toxic cleaning processes as well. Often a dry cleaner uses some nasty chemicals like PERC that I really do not want sitting on my clothes and eventually on me. Carriage dry cleaners also are very reasonable for their prices as well. I had them clean my whole suit and I think it was about 12 bucks out the door. Not bad and they were always able to get any stains out of the clothes that I drop by.
