I have just completed 3 crowns and I am extremely happy with the results & care. I came to Dr. Winkleman’s office 2 ½ years ago with prior dental conditions that needed to be addressed. Dr. Winkleman evaluated the work to be completed and prepared a plan along with my insurance. Each year he prioritized what was most urgent, contacted my insurance, and clearly stated my co-​pays. I was able to plan for the dental work, I completed the work over time and I’m on track happily avoiding tooth loss. Additionally Dr’s Winkleman’s gentle techniques, explanations, and perfectionism assured me the best results with most comfortable method.

I went to Dr. Winkelman as a new patient because he was on my Delta/​Kaiser plan and had only good reviews on Unilocal.
When I saw him, he examined my teeth and recommended a deep cleaning and scaling procedure that costs a lot more than the regular cleaning which was covered by my insurance. I refused this treatment and requested a regular cleaning. He refused to perform a regular cleaning. He also asked for a $ 10.00 co-​pay for the initial visit which charge was not supposed to be made according to the terms of my policy. My previous dentists never recommended the procedure he wanted to do, nor did another dentist who I saw after my very unpleasant experience with Dr. Winkelman.
In my opinion this guy is out to gouge the patient and insurance company.

Great atmosphere and office. The assistant, Sloan, is truly a joy to deal with. Made me feel at ease when doing my crown. Regular checkups have improved my dental hygiene Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a great dentist.

Dr. Winkelman is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I have had a lot of issues with my teeth (surgeries, braces, grafts, tmj) and seen a lot of different dentists, and he is definitely my favorite. He spends a lot of time during office visits and does the entire exam himself (no hygienist). I don’t feel like he’s trying to sell me a bunch of extra expensive procedures. My teeth look so much better now than they ever did in the past!

Excellent dentist, humble and very kind. Knows what he is doing very well. Dr. Winkelman, is absolutely a dentist you need to use. You will be treated with so well this office with out a doubt deserves you!
