Good To Great

I went in for my first IPL in a series, and will not go back! I was burning for two hours afterwards, and my face is still marked with light and dark streaks and squares two and a half weeks later. No «little coffee grounds» that will brush off for me– she clearly had the setting way too high and now I am spending even more money at a REAL DERMATOLOGIST’s office to hopefully undo the damage. It will take months… BEWARE!!! This is the second bad experience I’ve had at Good to NOT GREAT.

Outstanding! Mary and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and honest about treatments. Mary always wants her patients to be comfortable, and she lets you know what she is doing.

No stars. Be careful when you go here. A total rip off. They charged me twice and when I did not respond they sued me.
They are an awful place with crappie service.

As a guy over 50 I wanted to look better but not like I had work done. Mary has been amazing. I’ve had Ultherapy to tighten and lift my face, Botox and fillers. I look younger, healthier and rested. My friends and family can’t figure how I seem to have gotten younger. Mary is the best.

Good to Great is truly the best name for this office. From the moment I walk in the door I feel welcomed and comfortable and ready to get to the task at hand. There is a happy anticipation of the work to be done and upon leaving, always feel happy about my decision to once again put my face in Mary’s very capable hands. She is kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable about all of the latest fillers, laser treatments and skin care regimes. Mary is the best, and her business is GREAT!

It has been 8 weeks since my coolsculpting procedure and I have noticed some significant changes in my stomach. After the birth of my twins (3 years ago) my stomach had a lingering «pouch» that would not go away despite my best efforts to slim down. For the first time in 4 years, I recently felt comfortable enough to be in a two-​piece bathing suit. It was a bit nerve-​wracking to say the least but compared to where it was about two months ago, I felt like letting the fruits of my labor finally see the sun. Mary Sand was the key instrument in this success story as she is the one that guided me in making this much needed change in myself. She guided me through the process and continues to check-​in with me to make sure I am happy. She has given me the opportunity to regain some small semblance of my pre-​baby days body which I will forever be grateful. Thank you Mary Sand for this!

I really enjoy my visits to Good to Great … I always leave looking better than I did :) Mary has been right on all her recommendations. The office is very pretty and very comfortable. We have recently moved from the area but will probably make the trip back for additional treatments. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Mary at Good to Great for over 5 years now and have to say that she is the best at everything she does. I am a health care provider myself so beyond expertise, which she has, her bedside manner is impeccable. The office is very clean and catering to their clients. And the location, while easy to find, is still private and discreet for those of us who chose to remain under the radar. Top notch! Mary and the staff at Good to Great are wonderful! «There’s something about Mary!» She is AMAZING! Mary was previously a surgical nurse and she has such a gentle touch ~ I can barely feel my botox injections! Also, I have previously sworn off Juvaderm injections elsewhere (because they were so painful) ~ but I decided to trust Mary ~ and I was not disappointed! She is the BEST ~ with the least amount of pain (no dental block necessary)! Mary also makes sure that every procedure is «natural» looking! I also love the results from her IPL treatments!

Mary always tries to please her clients. The atmosphere is lovely and very relaxing. A great place to go to if you want to pamper yourself.
