This is my sister’s gym(as in, where she goes for a butt-kicking workout). But after several mentions of the hardcore super fit/toned attendees, and intense sweat sessions, told her I’d check it out. It’s in a facility, in a low rise office park, that’s combined with a cross fit gym. It was HARD(RPM class on Monday at 5:15pm), and I’m in decent shape, as in, run 6 miles up hills 3x per week, and go to a boxing/normal gym 4+ times a week. You’re constantly moving, shaking your body, holding squats while punching the air, doing step ups, push-ups, those triangle ones, grapevines, etc. It’s great because it combines cardio with lengthening, functional muscle work. FYI, the crowd is mostly female, the sis told me that men sometimes come too, and are usually the ones who leave early.

I love the classes here. Glen’s morning bootcamp is great. I was moving the whole time and was working hard. He offered me a personal training session also, which I was excited to try. It was the best workout I’ve ever had. I felt like I was really working hard and he made the time fly by. I signed up for a 10 session package with him right away. Jude’s boxing class is also great. You will sweat! The center itself is really nice too– very clean and fresh, not like a normal gym. Check this place out!

I am appalled by the lack of customer service at this fitness center. I called to inquire about class schedules and the woman I spoke with was condescending, rude and completely unaccommodating!. Being that I was interested in becoming a member at this fitness center, I would have hoped for a higher level of regard for a potential client. Her lack of regard for my call made it very obvious that she had«better» things to do with her time. Please hire someone who actually cares about gaining potential clients and is willing to assist customers to the best of their ability.
