Horrible and very unprofessional. Took my daughter to interview at Hyatt plaza today, waited for over an hour for interview less then 1 minute. Lady was just rude, when I approached the table she didn’t even noticed me and my daughter because she was busy texting, awning with her full mouth… really!?! I get it we were one of that last but come on you can spend 5 minutes for 5 years old, my daughter wanted to show dance, but nor she let her do it she did even bother to ask her name!!! Really?! Just showed piece of paper, go read it…
They should be fair to all and spend equal amount of time, why is my child been discriminated?! Just disappointed that was a total waste of my time. I

The legacy continues. It’s the real deal. The preparation classes really helped my son prepare for the meetings with agents. It boosted his confidence and he made several friends in the process.
