I love Panda Express but this location is the worst. I stopped going years ago. I thought with new mgmt I would try them again. Still bad as ever. They never freshen the trays esp their chow mein, it was old and dried out. THEWORST one I think in the franchise. Another $ 25.00 I’ll never get back! Don’t waste ur time at this location.

5-stars for customer service! They went above and beyond for a fast food joint. I ordered a bowl with chowmein and orange chicken with a side of eggplant tofu. I never expect much from fast food joints so unless the service or food is horrible, I just take what I get, however, the young man told me there wasn’t any eggplant tofu but that if I was willing to wait, they would make me some! Yaaay! Not very many Pandas make it all the time so I was glad he offered. I don’t mind waiting because I like fresh food and I love it hot. Then not only did Kristina offer to bring it to me when it was ready but asked if I preferred more tofu or more eggplant? OMG! I’ve always wanted someone to ask me that because I always throw out the tofu. I hate to be wasteful but I’ve never felt comfortable asking for«mostly eggplant» for fear of being told no, this is a fast food place after-all but the fact that she asked and then packed my little side item with mostly eggplant and brought it over to me piping hot goes to show she knows customer service! She also asked, how many, when I asked her for hot sauce. I’d rather someone ask me than to hand me too many and they go to waste! She was also working the whole place, juggling several customers, with a smile and great customer service to each! If I owned a restaurant, I’d take her and the young man in a second!

I miss the«sweetfire chicken». for some reason they don’t have it at this location anymore and it was the best entrée. I hope it come back

This place gets 3.5 stars. It’s not good, but for the price, this location is at least consistent and cheap. The lines here do get long around lunch and dinner time so be prepared. Broccoli beef, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, chow mein, or shanghai angus beef are all strong choices

Amazing service. I screwed up my order here by a day for catering, and the moment I realized my mistake, the manager instantly had my order started and it was done in 20 min. They gave us the works for a great meal: plates, knives, forks, etc. in a very timely manner. They were incredibly professional about everything.

Credit where credit is due, Panda seems to have taken note of this location’s declining performance and decided to do something about it. There is tall new Chinese guy that has taken over expediting that has made things move much more quickly and smoothly again. He even calls out which dishes will need refilling soon in Spanish to the cooks! Keep up the improvements! It’s nice to have Ponds back as a lunch option, especially since Pick Up Stix is so bad.

Arrived at 8:40…waited for 30 minutes. No food… manager said he is trying to save money. Do not close till 9:30. Old food left in a few trays… Nothing fresh to serve. Also cold night, thermostat down to save energy the manager said. Pretty sad experience.

Panda Express is Chinese fast food done ok. Actually 3 Stars… The food is basic plenty of choices, fresh and clean location. welcoming service. gets very crowded especially at lunch. . My kids love it. Me not soo much then again I hold it to a different standard and palate. The food at Panda can be hit and miss depending upon what you order and when the last batch was made. Huge difference is quality and taste which varies throughout the day. For fast food and affordable Chinese it’s good and works on the go, the cheap and the fast. Clearly not anything more. If you set your expectations accordingly your good to go. I advise that you pay attention to the food they are serving and if it’s running low PLEASEWAIT or request a fresh batch.

Too slow at lunchtime. They need to increase their staff during the 11 to 2 period. They probably lose more customers due to insufficient staff

Cannot believe that PANDAEXPRESS still serves food in toxic styrofoam clamshells that cannot be recycled and make your food taste odd. Then they have a recycling bin in their store but non of their cups or food containers are recyclable. What’s up with this?!?

I hadn’t gone to this Panda Express in a very long time. I like Panda Express, but this one always leaves me feeling cheated. It’s a bad example for this restaurant chain. The food seems extra greasy for some reason, not the same as other locations. More oil, less flavor. The main issue: they ALWAYS try to give you as little food as possible. This has consistently been the case with various staff over time, which means it’s from the management. Why would I go eat at a place where I feel like I’m getting ripped off? That’s very annoying, which is why I hadn’t gone there in years, and won’t be unless they have a banner saying«Under New Management». They call it one scoop because it covers the bottom of the scoop. Other places put twice as much without the customer having to beg for it. To their management: 4 and a half pieces of orange chicken is not one serving. I don’t go to a Panda to bargain for food.

It’s only worsened over the years. Went there recently and the food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Lacking any flavor at all. Sick of this overpriced greasy food.

We stopped by for take out a couple of days ago(Again) and everything runs with military precision here. It always tastes the same(excellent) and the portions are always generous with heaping full to go boxes or plates! I can affirm this place gets two thumbs up from our family!

3PM on a Saturday afternoon. Not very busy with 4 or 5 employees. The food is typical Panda, no complaints there. But, the facility was dirty with several tables not cleaned. I don’t know if Panda did some research but now if you want condiments you have to ask for them. Same with sweetener for the iced tea. Was this a cost savings move? Very inconvenient. The staff was pleasant and quick with the order but they could have actually smiled.

The usual here but most food has been overlooked and greasy. I still love the panda classics. This place is busy and they are always putting on a new batch when I get there.

I like this store because it has always been clean, has a nice layout, food is easily viewable and the staff are quick. If your a return customer to Panda you all ready know what you want! but look thru the glass to see if there is a special item. This store has awesome facilities and the dining area is good size. For the on the Go-Go people this works great. For a nice memorable and relaxing lunch I go elsewhere. Take care

Just went here like 10 minutes ago, they have Boba now! Ah finally, after working in Agoura hills for 2 and ½ years, I finally have a boba place. They had Thai Tea, Green Tea, and Milk Tea. The small and black tea options were not available. Taste great, but wish they have soy options, and the boba was a bit chewy, but passible. Called and ordered 6 orders of rangoons, but they thought I said 6 pieces. Its understandable, and they cooked the rest of them fast. My meal was great too. I prefer this one over the Panda Express off of Kanan. They’re hella rude over there.

As far as Panda Expresses go, this one is pretty clean and fairly nice — it’s pretty well decorated with cute paintings of Pandas, and they do a pretty good job of keeping the tabletops relatively clean. This Panda gets super crowded during lunch break — I’m not really sure where all of these people are coming from, but the line seriously goes out the door. They have a pretty wide selection of the usual foods, and the staff is always very nice and pretty competent. Best Panda I’ve been to — nice staff and food that doesn’t taste like it was sitting under the heat lamps for an entire day.

They earned 5 stars from me… We came in here 10 minutes before they closed and ordered about $ 50 worth of food and they made it all fresh. Staff was incredibly apologetic the entire time we had to wait, but we were fine with it… We are getting fresh cooked food! The taste, better than any other Panda we have been to… Servings were great, even the cook made conversation. The girl helping us talked about going to college where I am from when she checked my ID for a credit card purchase(major brownie points for even asking for ID!!!) and yeah… great experience. We will be back, and will totally support a customer friend business!

Used to come here often years ago so when I came today I wasn’t expecting for the food to be this bad. I had half and half of chow mein and brown rice, a something fiery chicken and orange chicken… it was all tasteless… sure the brown rice has an excuse but the rest? The worse was the orange chicken which had that«frozen» taste to it… I’m hope the main cook was out today otherwise not recommended you come here.
