Rockit Dance Studio

WOW! NOT a good wow. So disappointed with this studio. We paid 30 $ for a special event class with Britney Spears that was supposed to last 1 hour and didn’t even last thirty minutes. We were told to leave and come back in one hour. My daughter called me not even 30 minutes later to pick her up because the event was done. When asked if we could get a picture of the kids with the special guest, we were told that we would be getting pictures. I got a group picture of the kids only and not with Britney Spears… They could’ve atleast given my daughter that to remember her «special dance class». My daughter got kicked in the face while learning the routine and I was not informed! Owner was short and quick with her answers and it didn’t seem to phase her at all that she just stole $ 30 from everyone that participated in this special event. There were way more kids participating in this special class than could fit the studio but they still went on with the class. Yes it was a class taught by Britney Spears and she barely even spoke to the kids. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I don’t usually give negative reviews, but I had to let people know about this. Not good business at all RockIT. Will never come back.

You have been teaching my daughters for years. They have grown tremendously through your studio. They learned self confidence, coordination, agility, and mostly they now can dance. Even as a beginner you made them feel wanted and very comfortable. You are fantastic. Keep up your great work.

Very disappointed with this company. We tried to schedule days for a dance camp and upon calling at different times of the day over the course of 10 days, we had to leave voicemail. We estimate about 6 voicemail over 10 days. Not one return call. We finally reached someone but he couldn’t talk and said he we call us back. Well, we never got the call back. Finally, we called one last time and reached the same person. After sharing our frustration and indicating we just want to schedule our days but no one would return our call, on a very clear connection, the guy said we have a bad connection and that he would call us back and hung up. We are still waiting for our call back. This company has the worst customer service. We were looking forward to sending our daughter but now no way will we give them business since they have no respect for their potential customers.

My daughter has been coming here since July 2012. She has improved tremendously and more importantly, she loves it! Great teachers, great owner and office manager. She would come every day!

My daughter loves this studio! We relocated to the area last year, and found this great place. The staff is super friendly, teachers are talented & kids love it! It’s always clean too. They have a variety of dance classes to choose from. My daughter loves the broadway jazz class!
