The Best Halloween Store Ever!

Love it here! Everyone was super nice and helpful. You don’t have to wait to get your costume if it’s there you grab it off the hook and just try it on. There was even the nicest woman folding the costumes back up after. We are fans for good

This place has everything and the people are friendly and helpful… unless you are Liz, Kayley, or Chloe who were caught stealing while I was there and the owner was nice enough to let them go with a warning… and then they blasted him on Unilocal!!!Classy kids your parents would be proud! Anyway enough about my rant this place is the place to go for anything Halloween!

I walked in right away and was greeted in the kindest way by Joanne who brainstormed ideas and helped me pick out an awesome and very affordable costume!
Danny was so helpful and informative, both gave us the BEST Costumer service we have ever received in any store!
The store was very clean and decorated perfectly!
All costumes and props were easy to find and no question we will return here every year!!!

More like the worst Halloween store ever! While I was in town visiting a friend who lives locally we stopped by this store… Big mistake! Immediately upon entering the unattractive tall skronnie dark haired guy proceeds to follow us around totally flirting with my (hot blonde) friend!!! Not even hiding the fact that he was staring at her boobs the whole time! So unprofessional!!! She casually mentioned HER BOYFRIEND and immediately he was rude, walks away and send some dark haired troll who looked like she had not brushed her hair in a week or washed her clothes before she came to work to WATCH US like we were criminals!
I told my friend who lives in Westlake about our experience and she was familiar with the store… Said they’d been in the area for years! We log on to write a review and what do you know? Adena S is the owners daughter!!! Justin R is her boyfriend!!! Stephanie B is the douche bag who tried picking up on my friends girlfriend!!! Nicole B is Stephanie’s best friend and the rest of the good reviews are employees!

I have to wonder about the people who wrote negative reviews on one of the best Halloween stores ever!
The customer service was exceptional, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the selection was amazing. If you looking for a family/​kid friendly place to get some really great Halloween stuff, then this is the place for you!
I recommend this place to everyone I know when they’re looking for Halloween merchandise. Come in and give them a try you won’t regret it.

This is really the BEST halloween store ever. The owners are amazing and so sweet! The workers are also wonderful and always show me exactly where to go when I need something. I love The way it’s decorated!!! I have been been following this store for years and each year is better than the last! Do yourself a favor and check out the BEST halloween store ever!!!

Literally the best Halloween store ever! So many amazing props and decorations, everybody was friendly and nice. The scene they put together were amazing definitely have to check out this store if you haven’t already! Can’t wait to see what they put together next year!

Just got my costume and it’s exactly what I was looking for!!! Joanne guided me through the store and helped me pick out everything I needed! It is such a big store this year I would have been lost without help! Their name really does say it all!

HORRID. They have no costumer service and in fact I don’t think they even know what costumer service is. I felt like my friends and I were being watched the whole time and we were. I can’t believe they would even assume we were stealing, it’s really sad how stereotypical people are nowadays. I wish I could give them 0 stars that’s how bad my experience was. Let’s be real there’s obviously way better Halloween stores then this one.

This is by far our favorite place to come in as Halloween season gets started. My son and I get in the spirit beginning of September and frequent the best Halloween store ever at least once a week! The owners and staff are never anything but warm and inviting and always seem happy to see us. Not only do they offer great décor, costumes and accessories, but awesome displays and a little haunted house :). We are so lucky to have such a great business in our community!

Well I guess to start I am NOT an employee of the best Halloween store ever I am a fan! And I will never stand for someone trying to ruin a business because you probably got caught stealing. Shame on you for writing such a silly review! You agree the store is amazing and if they had people following you it was for a reason, and to have the audacity to talk about someone’s «looks» you must be young and naïve to think that was somehow necessary in any way to the services that they provide. This store IS the best Halloween store ever! I have been shopping here for years and will continue to support a great family business.

I’ve been visiting them for years. Aside from the great Halloween stuff they have, when my 5 year got scared, one of the staff members convinced her to try on 10k costumes to make her feel better (we did buy one btw). My oldest LOVES the store and it’s great that everyone remembers her. I can’t say enough about the people. Best. Store. Ever.

Have been coming to this store for years, the associates are enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. Many of their props are original art pieces and their selection is excellent. They are without a doubt «The Best Halloween Store Ever»!

LOVE this place! It’s the first store my mom and I stop at during the Halloween season. They have EVERY decoration that you can think of. From big to little. And their prices are reasonable! (Especially during their opening and closing sales) not to mention the owner is super sweet and they decorate insanely good! It’s an adventure going here! Always great service and quality decorations!!!

The employees there have no respect for customers following around your potential money around as if they are going to steal is so disgusting. Learn how to treat customers you are the worst kind of people that stereotype and judge and assume things that are completely wrong. Don’t let your bitter life get involved with how to treat others.

Terrible. Was there for less then five minutes when my cousin and I were accused of stealing. All we wanted to do was shop for costumes and was given horrible customer service by the co-​owner who didn’t even bother to look presentable, looking like she just rolled out of bed. It’s unfortunate because I usually look forward to going to this store. I no longer support their unprofessional business.
Update: I am now being cyber bullied by this company, less than 24hrs I wrote this review this childish company decided to blast my face on their Facebook and had their friends wrote negative things about me. I have never been so judged for something I did not do (stealing). Even after leaving the store they continue to harass me, still earning 1 star for overall experience.
Also they keep deleting my comments on Facebook even after saying lies about me cussing out their employee & that I was stealing. I honestly said nothing expect for «what the fuck are we being profiled» and nothing else. I was too in shock of their behavior to say anything else. My cousin and I were being very respectful the entire time. Very appalled at their rude unprofessional/​childish behavior.
Update #2 not only did they slander my name over their social media but also took it upon them selves to call my current boss and said more negative things about me and threaten to leave bad reviews on our salons Unilocal.I’m only leaving this information here to prevent some one else to be treated the same way I was treated for doing absolutely nothing.
