Accepted my cash, gave me a nice estate planning binder, then told me the work was finished. Years later, I found out that they never filed any of the paperwork. Furthermore, I gave her a «refundable» retainer to file an appeal. She left town with my cash and did no work on the appeal. Will not respond to any emails.
