Thank You!!! I had been away from the area for a while. My former dermatologist was another well known doctor in WLake. I have a history of «pre-​cancers». Anyway, on short notice Dr Weintraub was able to get me in, provide fast and more importantly, accurate diagnosis without the feeling I was just another financial tap into my insurance company.
Customer service. Fast, courteous, efficient.

Horrible customer service!!! I was charged for a missed appointment on the day my Grandmother died. I called that same day to explain why I missed the appointment and was told not to worry. After continuous bills and repeated phone calls I was sent to collections by this charming group. Phone call #4 was made to the office again repeating what had been said since November of last year. They apologized and said they thought it had been taken care of and not to worry. I thought «case closed». Well once again, this month I received another bill for the missed appointment. When I called again to ask why this was happening again, I was told that I had a missing appointment and that I would keep being charged until I made a follow-​up appointment. WHAT??? Are they that desperate for patients? No thank you!
