Huge rip off. They charged us $ 1100 to ‘fix’ our A/​C — never fixed — took it back twice and they ran the engine all day — literally all day — to see if they could find the leak that they never fixed — but gave us the car back saying that they couldn’t find the leak and there was nothing else they could do. So why did they charge us $ 1100 the first time??? We had also let them do rear brakes, for which they charged us $ 887 — guess what? I’m having to get new rear brakes today. We don’t drive this car hard. It’s a communting car only — easy miles — about 40/​day rarely over 40 miles per hour — and the place that is doing the brakes today? Charging only $ 366 which includes cylinders, and everything else — these guys at this location are a bunch of crooks as far as I’m concerned.
