Bummer! Went in a few days ago to purchase 3 gifts because my friend told me they had some cute jewelry and gift items throughout the store. The owner, her daughter and a few other 19−24yr olds were working. Frankly I’ve never been treated so poorly. 3 girls were standing up the front chatting, they looked me up and down and as I walked in continued to whisper and giggle. I walked by them without being acknowledged and looked around the store for a bit. Finally after 10 mins of browsing uncomfortably I decided there are about 6 stores in the same shopping center with the same selection and there was absolutely no way they were getting my business. Relax ladies, a smile wouldn’t kill you.

Decided to go back into the store today when I was next door getting coffee and saw the adorable sales girl Randi working. I’m so glad I did! Thankfully, it was NOT the owner who had been unpleasant the last time I was there. The girls today were very nice and sincerely apologetic about what had happened (even though it wasn’t their fault). They even gave me a gift card which, although unnecessary, was so thoughtful and appreciated! Of coarse, I found several fantastic outfits and a gorgeous bag I couldn’t resist! I brought a friend with me and she found a few fun items too! Thanks pretty ladies! See you soon!

I love Siany… It’s my go to place for cute and unique gifts! They a great selection of jewelry, clothing and some neat housewares. The best part is that 2 times a year the entire store goes on sale and you get massive discounts!

Westlake Village, CA
Siany has a great range of items, from Marc Jacobs to more affordable brands. The overall atmosphere is casual and friendly, and they have some great deals. I have had my eye on Steve Madden’s Intyce boots in cognac and I purchased them at 40% during Siany’s big sale. I also found a really flattering dress for the holidays for only $ 15! This is also a great place for gifts, you can find such cute stuff within any price range.
Best of all, Siany’s staff is so much friendlier and more helpful than any other boutique in the area. It’s so refreshing compared to other stores in the same mall where the attitude just makes shopping uncomfortable. I love Siany and I’m glad to see this small business doing well in Westlake.

I never go into Siany without finding something that makes me feel GLORIOUS — whether it be a $ 15 scarf that my friends lust after or the absolutely perfect boots for everyday (which were considerably more than $ 15, but SO worth it!!)
(BTW — the dress I’m wearing in my profile pic I got there on their summer sale — it totally rocks and will be what I’m wearing on the red-​carpet at the opening night of the 3D Film Festival in LA!!!)
