Arby’s

Came in for a late lunch. I was happy to see that they have joined the ranks of McDonalds and others and now offer a «value menu». I ended up getting a small roast beef and small curly fries (which were actually a plentiful amount, in my opinion). I can’t beat the price (less than $ 3) and the food was good, but the service was deplorable. The woman I dealt with was more interested in a personal conversation than providing customer service. She actually interrupted the customer after me to make a joke with another staff person.
I didn’t get a thank you or come again or have a nice day.
I’d come back for the food (and I guess that is the most important thing), but its frustrating that the service was really poor. Hopefully it will improve.

I have never had a bad experience here! The staff is friendly, the food is tasty and always hot! My only negative is it is a little pricey. Still, I love the place!

Went in to use my coupon for a new Angus Cheese Sub. The pictures & commercials looked DEEEEEliscous. Unfortunately reality was a different matter. The sandwich was small, soggy, and completely not up to my expectations. I’m uploadiing the commercial & reality pictures to illustrate my point.
