First experience at this store. As we entered I noticed that the lighting was off for a clothing store. These spaces should be bright as the shoppers select their clothing. Fluorescent tube light different types, many need changing and there were many pot lights falling from their anchoring in the ceiling tiles. My wife was shopping on her own as book work appeared to be more important than helping the shopper. It wasn’t until the end that she was approached by one gal who found her item in another color. She also took the time to explain the sizing of the merchandise which my wife had already figured out. I thought the hanging displays could be more crisp as either the top or the slacks were wrinkled as they hung on the rack. The last Christmas POP needs to go. Lastly their was a man moving about who my wife thought was with another shopper turns out he works there which she assumed when she encountered him in the changing area then behind the register. We went for undergarments and that is all for now as the clothing appears to be for another generation of shopper.

I am younger and feel catherines is a little more geared for older women which is just fine. I still run in once and awhile to check out bras and undies and neutral tops that sort of thing. They are so nice in this store I have to say that the handful of times I’ve been in they are so helpful and genuine. There is an older gentleman who is usually there and he is such a nice guy and so helpful. Very nice little store wish I could support it even more!

First and last time going to this store! I shop at Lane Bryant n(Fashion Bug no longer open). Catherine’s are all owned by the same chain company. Bn watching online to see the deferent styles of clothing. A new clothing store I was so excited. Well don’t hold you’d breath. The employees working were rude snooty and clearly had no time to help a customer. I identified myself as a first time shopper to Catherine’s. I am still shocked on the lack of care and enthusiasm by the employees. I was on a budget, did my homework and had an idea of what I wanted. Walking thru the store was a little overwhelming I really needed a person to help me locate a top I seen online or something else I could afford. I was the only customer in the store there were three sales associates talking among themselves. I did not receive a greeting of any kind. When I asked a question the look on there faces was of disgust. I was over being treated this way and left the store. NEVERGOINGBACKTHERE went to Lane Bryant in Canton as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. THANKGOD. No idea y this store is open don’t care either it takes a lot to clearly rub me the wrong way!
