Happy’s Pizza

had pizza and wings delivered for lunch today– pizza was surprisingly. excellent and wings were gr8– delivery guy was very nice and polite as was person on phone– well worth the price– will be getting lunch there a lot more

Trying hard to focus on the location and the chain itself (because these places are everywhere now) it could use a bit of customer service training. Of course it all depends on what time and day it is, but based on the few times I’ve been here service is pretty slow overall. Delivery drivers seem overwhelmed and understaffed which might attest for the business itself. Just for comparison, Domino’s not too far away has a LOT of drivers at all times. Also, when you call in, more so than not you’ll get someone rude on the other line. Not sure if they’re overwhelmed or just feel a certain way. Speaking on the chain itself, it doesn’t have many of the deals it once had, which makes it costlier than other pizza places in the area. Overall it’s a craving place; if you’re craving Happys then get Happys. If you are craving pizza, then try a local place or a less cost option.

We ordered pizza, wings & breadsticks from this location. When the order arrived and we opened the pizza, it was as if the pizza was carried on it’s side. We called to report the issue and let them know it wasn’t acceptable. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service… EVER. I will never, never visit that location. The experience was horrible and it all happened right in the middle of our grandson’s birthday party. We ended up going to Little Ceasar’s…excellent customer service there.
I wish I had read the other reviews before doing business with this store.

We ordered a Combo one night and it included ribs, fried chicken and a pizza. The ribs tasted like they were left over from a previous day. The pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. The Chicken was crispy and the best of the 3 items we had, but looked like it came from a tiny little baby chicken. They threw in a Coke with the combo, but I won’t be back… 1 star!

Just moved into the neighborhood and wanted some pizza and wings. The Pizza sauce was tasteless. It was bland mediocre pizza. The wings were inedible, they tasted like they were frozen and then cooked into fry oil that was not hot enough. No thank you.
