Happy’s Pizza

I am a very regular customer here. I *tried* to order delivery tonight, about a half an hour ago in fact (which I never do, but I am currently under the weather). I called at 10:50, they close at 11:30. They denied my delivery instantly. I was going to order a small pizza, and I literally live 2 minutes from this location. Won’t be ordering from here again. Just plain rude. Close at 10:30 instead of 11:30 if you don’t want customers. Good thing Ram’s Horn is right down the road & I can call Über.

The barbecue rib tips at the Happy pizza in Westland Michigan on Ann Arbor Trail and Merriman Rd in Westland Michigan are very tasty and tender. Surprising flavors in the barbecue sauce. I love the food here and always come here to eat. The wing dings with barbecue sauce is so tasty, the salads are good and surprisingly large, the pizza very good and loaded with cheese and lots of toppings. It is worth the price. The menu has such a large selection to choose from. I like this restaurant the best.

This Happy Pizza is under new management. The specialty «everything“square deep dish pizza and barbecue ribs is a must try! Great service! Will be back to try other items on the menu.

I get Happy’s often and always from this location. It’s good food at a real good price. The service is good, and fast.

i like this location. the workers are friendly, and i always order carry-​out when i order from here so i can’t really speak for delivery. however, my in-​laws also order from here and they have on more than one occasion gotten a cold pizza delivered.
but the customer service is great, any time something is wrong they fix it, and that’s what i like. i could care less about mistakes, as long as they’re fixed.
the only complaint i have is one time i got a deep dish and it tasted like the dough was no good!

I usually love Happy’s Pizza, but this location hurts the franchise. I’m not a person who is crazy about cheese but the Westland location seems to be running scarce on the ingredient because it barely covered the crust and bland sauce. After 3 bad pizzas, and less than average service I’m done. I recommend making the drive to another location.

My proximity to this store is about as far as you want to go for a pizza so that it isn’t cold when you get it home. As a result it has been a few months since I enjoyed my first pizza from Happy’s. Since I was going to be in the area, I phoned in an order for a large with pepperoni, mushrooms and bacon. The ordering process was easy and my pizza was fresh and hot out of the oven right on time. While I was looking forward to this pizza based on my last experience, the anticipation was unwarranted. The dough was cooked well and not too thick as I prefer it. There was the right amount of cheese and sauce. However, when I order a pepperoni pizza, I expect there to be some pepperoni on the pizza. At least one piece of the pizza had zero pepperoni on it, while a full half of the other slices shared one or two circles of pepperoni with another slice of pizza, due to cutting. That is half the pizza with half of a ring of pepperoni per slice of pizza! The rest of the pie seemed to average one ring of pepperoni per slice but my dining companion snagged the only slice that had two full pieces of pepperoni. The dearth of pepperoni certainly was not compensated for with more bacon or mushrooms. If they can’t get the pepperoni right on a pizza, it is not worth my effort to try it again.

The Bar-​B-​Que wings are good, but the pizza is a little dry!
