Clean store for the most part. The crane game there is her favorite part about this store. The lines there is generaly kinda long. They generally have everything I need. Would be a 5 if the store got a makeover.

I will no longer go to this location. Everytime I gave been there, it somehow takes at least 10 – 15 minutes to get through the checkout line(unfortunately not an exaggeration). It doesn’t ever seem like it’s the cashier’s fault or the customers fault for the wait, so it’s still a mystery to me why it takes so long. They also only have 2 lanes open regardless of how long the lines get. The rest of the store is what you would expect from a Kmart in regards to selection, organization, and upkeep — not great, but not terrible. I had a return one time that(once I was finally helped) was pretty easy, but that doesn’t make up for every other time I’ve bought anything. I now will drive past this store(only 2 blocks away) and go to another store, possibly over a mile or two, because of all the frustration I’ve had at this store.

I’ve always been a fan of K-Mart(alone on a island here) and this place is very clean and has a lot to offer. Yeah it looks like the 70’s on the outside, but inside it couldn’t be nicer. Plus they have a Nathan’s Hot Dog stand inside(I haven’t been yet, but its on the short list). I pick this place over Walmart most days when I need something.

Although this location is really outdated, I never have much of a problem finding what I need. For the most part, the store is clean. If they were to expand the store and add more of a grocery department, it would make a world of difference.

I finally got a chance to try the Nathan’s hot dog. They had an All-American Special. $ 4.99 for a hotdog, fries, a 32 ounce lemonade and an apple pie. They were out of the pie, so they substituted a giant chocolate chip cookie. I got the hot dog with sauerkraut and sauteed onions. The hot dog was more flavorful than the Sonic New York dog up the street. The fries are okay, the lemonade was excellent, not bitter but still refreshing. For $ 4.99 you get alot. It’s a good deal!
