Pretty good pizza, amazing bread sticks. Can’t beat the delivery or Guernsey Ice cream either! Best pizza in the joy road area I would say.

I’ve only had pizza here but it’s sooooo good! It’s the best pizza in the area. Very fast and reasonably priced. Skip the chain places and go here. I recommend the cheeseburger pizza, but no matter what pizza you get, you’ll be happy.

I am sorry to say that I will never order from this pizza place again. I ordered a gluten free pizza here two nights ago, and when I got it home it was burned. I ate the part of the pizza that I could, because I was hungry, but called to let them know what happened, and that I had given the burned parts to the dog. The employee said she would give me a free pizza the next time I called. I called tonight and asked for my free pizza. They said they had no record of it on my account. I explained again what happened, and the employee called her supervisor, whose solution was to give me a five dollar credit. Gluten free pizza with two items costs about 9.50. So I asked the employee to have her supervisor call me. She didn’t call. I called back and again asked for a free pizza as promised. I made it clear that they would lose a customer if they didn’t give me what they promised, and why would anyone lose a customer for an additional 4.50? The employee said if it was up to her, she’d give me the pizza. The supervisor (whom I had told the employee was idiotic to behave this way) said I was rude and she want giving me the pizza, because I hadn’t said hello when I picked up the pizza! There are so many other places to buy pizza, and I cannot understand why they won’t deliver on what they promised.

3 stars is only because their pizza is really really good… Ribs, coleslaw & salads… not so much. Ribs were very fatty, coleslaw, just so so & salads too expensive for mostly iceberg with a thimble of toppings. Packaged Ken’s Greek dressing was awful. So… If you’re looking for great pizza (old fashioned pepperoni’s are a bonus & why I started ordering from there) & good cheesy bread, order from here, anything else, I’m still looking…

Went there on Christmas Eve, staff was so nice, ordered a medium bacon, old-​fashioned pepperoni, mushroom, mild peppers, and italian sausage pizza, with the parm crust, probably one of the best Ive ever had if not the best, it was delicious!!! Definitely will be the new place!

After being a customer for years, I had memorized my order by the coupon I used. Well, I tried to order a couple of weeks ago and was surprised to have the coupon discontinued, and was told by manager, that the new price was going to be almost $ 40 when the coupon price has been $ 27 for a year. Was then told they no longer had a special for deep dish pizza. After dealing with the run around for 15 min. I was again transferred to another manager? And told that if I turned over the coupon she would give me the deal just to and I quote «get the coupon of the streets» like it was crack” I said no thank you, and recommended they try a business class in how to keep loyal customers.

I love Krustyzz! We probably eat there once a week and it’s always good.
