I stop here almost every morning. The staff is very nice, they’ve even noticed when I come a few hours later than normal. They can get a little backed up, but it’s exactly what you’d expect from a coffee shop in the morning. I’d say that 95% of the tine, the time to get through the line is good to reasonable. On very few occasions it’s taken way too long. I used to get a toasted bagel that was often burnt(in my opinion) but just ask for«lightly toasted» to avoid that. They aren’t always perfect, but they do pretty good for being so busy.

This location is either hit or miss, they can be fast and get it right or slow and completely wrong. I waited 5 minutes for one iced Capp and no other people in line. I guess if you get the right people working then it’s good

This location has been open for roughly 2 months. So far they’ve been out of Vanilla cappuccino on 3 separate occasions. This morning I ordered a large iced coffee. It was warm. So warm the ice was melted by the time I returned to my car. This is the second time this has happened. I tried to order some Timbits for myself and my co-workers. THEYWEREOUTOFSTOCK. That’s like Burger King being out of stock on burgers! How is a doughnut shop out of doughnuts? Aesthetically, it’s a very nice location inside. But obviously there’s serious leadership issues within that location. All of the employees that I’ve encountered are really friendly and courteous. Except for Mike. Who, by his name tag, claims that he is a manager. Rude, curt, and otherwise unprofessional. So, if you like your iced coffee icy, your doughnut shop with doughnuts, and vanilla in your vanilla cap, go to another Tim Horton’s.
