I would like to take a moment and thank Alan for our home inspection. I am a property investor and I needed a last minute inspection. Alan was able to get me in at the end of the day. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took his time throughout the inspection to explain things in detail, and with his construction background he was able to inform me about the complexities of some of the repairs. Most of all I really like the use of his modern technology! He used a drone with a high definition camera to scan the roof I was amazed with the roof photos he provided that were showing some of the roof tiles had slipped out of place and were cracked. With that knowledge I was able to negotiate the roof repairs before I purchased the property. That savings more the paid for the cost of my inspection. I would highly recommend Alicante Home Inspections to my fellow investors and anyone else who is shopping for a property. Thank You Alan Great Job!
