Great service. Guys are friendly and very helpful. Dale is the one that typically helps me out and he is always honest and upfront with me. He always over estimates the cost of repairs so it’s a pleasant surprise when the bill is much less than anticipated but even his estimates are lower than most other places I’ve been to. They get the work done quickly as well. Only wish it was closer to where I live.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a new service manager here. His name is Jonathan. He is very sincere and convinced me to allow All Around be my sole service provider for my vehicles. He offered me a customer for life packet for ½ price which is a good value. His philosophy is sound. They want to diagnose, maintain, and do all repair work on my vehicle. Jonathan told me it makes sense, because once they begin working on your vehicle, they will know everything about it, and they can schedule proper maintenance tasks and help me avoid big costly repairs.
I always thought All Around’s prices were a bit high, but when Jonathan told me he would go to work and always find me the lowest price for repairs on my vehicle, I believed him. They have always done quality repairs on my vehicles in the past, but since speaking with Jonathan, I believe he’ll really look after my best interests and give me the best deal he possibly can.
Stop by and speak with him. He’s a really good person of integrity.

These guys are the best, others might give you a lower estimate up front but then come the add ons ‘We discovered this, that or the other thing’ and the final bill ends up being much higher than the estimate.
With All Around Auto you may start out with a higher estimate but these guys stick by their estimates and All Around won’t give you the run around.
They do charge a $ 68 diagnostic fee but its fair and worth it because when they give you the estimate there are no unexpected surprises and they stand by their estimates.

Just had an oil change here, and got to deal with the owner, Jonathan Douglas. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had as far as automotive maintenance is concerned. The shop is full-​service and appears to be equipped to handle most anything you could encounter with your vehicle barring you are looking for those hubcaps for your 72′ pinto hatchback. You can see that Jonathan is very passionate about building a lifetime relationship with the customer as opposed to other nefarious revolving door operations I’ve encountered over the years. He is genuinely intent on making your experience customized to fit your goals and budget with your vehicle. I’ve already referred my friends and staff to his shop, as this will definitely be my lifetime GO-​TO mechanic for my family.

I had to get my alternator replaced for my vehicle, and the service and quality at All Around Auto Care were excellent. Dale was courteous, his communication was prompt, and the options he provided were both transparent and reasonable.
And now a testament to their character: I bought a deal through Unilocal that provided a «too good to be true» type of discount. As I was the first customer to use the coupon, Daniel the service consultant was a bit perplexed at how to process the voucher, since he had not even heard of the promotion. He called his manager, who essentially told him that Unilocal completely misconstrued the details of the coupon (the deal was supposed to be for preventative maintenance vouchers, not a flat discount off their service).
Rather than argue about Unilocal’s error, Daniel told me that they’d interpret the voucher from a customer’s perspective, because it was the right thing to do. In the end, All Around Auto Care honored the deal as written, gave me quality work on my car, and now has my business– and full recommendation for auto repair in the Denver area– for life.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! All around auto saved our van and band tour! Our van had a ignition switch break on us in Denver, and we had to be in Steamboat that night to play a show. We called everywhere to try and get service, but every place said that it would take too long to fix and they could not fit us in their schedule. At last we called All Around and talked to Jonathan. He understood our situation and said he would get us to steamboat or bust. The mechanics worked overtime to make it happen for us, and we are so thankful that those guys went the extra mile to help us out.
Nicest customer service I have ever experienced of any business, and especially in a field where trust and a company’s word is everything. If you need an auto mechanic in Denver, this place is the best. I wish they were in Atlanta! Also, ask for Jonathan cause he is the man!

I had the Mazda dealership quote me a price of almost $ 700 for a part I needed. All Around Auto found me the same part for $ 200.

I’ve come here for years because I feel like I can trust them with taking care of my car. They do a good job and have always provided friendly, forthcoming, and professional service. They keep me up to date and informed with what my car needs to have fixed, not only now but what it might need in the near future. That way I can plan for any upkeep that may be costly and save up ahead of time. I never feel swindled or cheated like so may other auto mechanics and shops can. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Been coming to all around for about 2 years and had nothing but amazing service. The only thing is that I’d recommend to call in to make an appointment rather than do it online cuz there was a glitch with it 2 years ago when I made my first appointment online and they didn’t get it. I can always count on them to do great service although I have only had oil changes and 30K maintenance done here. I have a Honda CR-​V and the BF has a WRX. They have always done great work. BF had his car done more things here as his vehicle is a little older.
It’s hard to find good mechanic and reliable ones. I’m so happy to have found mine and they are super close to me. If you just so happened to come here and get your car done, it’s an easy walk south on Lowell to get to Woodys Wings and Things or Westys for some grub while you wait.

I wish I could give All Around Auto Care zero stars but one star is as low as the ratings go.
I had noticed a strong vibration from the right side of my Honda Civic’s engine. I found that the right engine mount was cracked and needed replacing. I took my Honda to All Around on November 3 and they said the right engine mount and a transmission mount needed replacing and they would call me with the parts’ price. All Around said the original Honda parts would cost approximately $ 1050 and would take many hours to repair. Therefore, All Around was going to charge me $ 1050 for parts and probably at least $ 500 for labor.
I took my Honda to two other repair shops of which one was a Honda Dealership. Both repair shops said only the right engine mount needed replacing and both had the part for approximately $ 300. I had my Honda repaired at the Honda dealership in less than one hour and for $ 484. I paid less than ¹⁄₃ what All Around planned to charge me.
I had taken my Honda to All Around several times previous to this month and they did quality work though they are a bit overpriced. However, I will never take any of my cars to All Around again. All Around should be ashamed for intentionally lying to me and trying to rip me off. Shameful!

Worst oil change ever. Do not go here with a German car for any reason. They said my car was in «pristine condition». I was not told of an oil leak when there was one at the time and I was told my coolant level was checked when it was in fact so low my car wouldn’t start less than a month later. Nothing but problems since, never going back.

Liked these guys a lot, asked for work to be done to my truck that ended up not needing to be done. They took the time to explain why they didn’t need to be. The prices are extremely fair in my opinion compared to their corporate competition. Will be bringing all of my vehicles here!

Never been committed to a hair dresser like I am to all around auto. I have been bringing my cars to Chris and his guys since I moved to Denver 3 years ago… looking for someone to work on my Volvo. I trust all of the guys explicitly. Everyone… I mean everyone is most friendly. I won’t take my cars to anyone else while I live within an hour of all around.

I must say this is one of the Friendliest auto repair shops I’ve been to outside if my mechanic back home. I had an issue the night Before driving form LA to Omaha and was staying the night in Denver. Spoke w Bob and made an appointment the next day. Car was dropped of 8 am and diagnosed w issue and car ready by 1030. I wish they were my neighborhood mechanic. It’s seems they have alot of repeat business and referrals. I highly recommended these guys and the price is more than fair.

The did an AMAZING JOB. They got me in quickly. They were so friendly and they worked on a Saturday to finish it. They took all of the stress out of my car being broken down and made me laugh. Bob and Chris are very friendly and seem to be great guys. I am so happy to find a place I can trust after being screwed over by the Go Honda dealership so many times.

Took care of our ’07 Honda Odyssey brakes on short notice, and did it fast. Gave a free loaner car and all at a great price. Informed me of 2 recalls and a ‘campaigns’ for the van which I hadn’t yet acted on (free service!).
Offered to do an inspection for a used car I’m considering.

I have been looking for a nice shop to take my 4Runner to for oil changes and whatever else may come up. Typically the other shops I have been to are sure to inform me of «issues» with my truck that need to be addressed that they are more than willing to help me with. I know I keep my truck in good shape and it drives me crazy when they try to convince me of such issues. But unfortunately integrity does not seem to be a core value of auto repair shops.
Not the case with Import Auto Care. I brought my truck in today for an oil change. There was no attempt to up sell me on maintenance packages or other «issues» that need to be addressed. They gave me an oil change! Just as I had requested!

I was referred to them after I had problems with another local shop. They scheduled me for an oil change and then I found out I needed brakes! I had asked the other place about my brakes and they said they were fine. Good thing I caught this before I needed new rooters?
I had another appointment scheduled so they let me use their car so I could get to it. An hour later it was completed and I drove away with my serviced car! I know enough about my car to know when it needs help and these guys seem to know their stuff.
Everyone here is friendly and they have a nice place to wait if you need that too. They even had hot tea for a tea drinker like me!

This is the trusted mechanic that you and your friends/​family are always lookng for. Skeet and Chris take a sincere interest in your needs and the specific noises and problems you’re having with your vehicle. We had our Toyota in for a brake job and a transmission service. They mentioned that their tech likes to take a thorough look while he’s down there and tighten any loose nuts and bolts. The result is our Toyota with 125K miles drives like new. We’ll be bringing our cars here for years to come.

I am very happy with the service I have received. I own a 2000 Toyota Camry 2.2 4 cylinder with about 150,000 miles on it. I was referred by a friend to check them out. He had a Camry and had his car serviced there and had a good experience. So I gave them a shot. I have been here twice and I am a customer for life. First time I had my rear brakes done I was leaking brake fluid from the drivers side rear wheel cylinder. I have had no issues with my brakes since the service. The second time I had a very serious oil leak coming from the oil pump gasket so it had to be repaired. I came back to Import Auto Care because of the good experience with the brakes.
I got an estimate for the work and I thought it was a little high so checked around with 5 other repair shops and they were right on with the quote they gave me. It has been about 3 months since the the last repair and I don’t have any leaks from my car and I am a very happy customer.
A little side note is that the main contact I had with was Chris and he kept in contact and answered all of my questions and was very upfront with me about everything.
