I brought my wife’s laptop here after having experienced terrible service at another business in Garden Grove.
I received a quote over phone and the tech made sure to take down the proper model number of my device to order the part. I later went in to put down a deposit and the parts were gathered promptly and my cracked glass screen was repaired seamlessly. This is how business should be done.
Throughout my experience I received great, open communication, and no empty promises. Thank you for great service and great work. I will be back again for future needs.

We got a camera system from this place to catch the hooligan that has been knocking over our trashcans and the ppl installed it quickly and efficiently. It worked right away. Well we caught the culprit a furry little bandit raccoon.

This is a reply to the denial of service performed by Alltek Solution.
It’s always easy to point finger then to admit fault. Instead of making changes to improve products and services, Alltek Solution denies wrong doing and bashes reviewer credibility. As stated before, I came to Alltek for a simple part replacement and ended up walking away unsatisfied. Sure my phone is repaired after three trips back to the store. But really? How many times does it take to replace an iPhone’s docking port correctly? Like most customers feedback, this is review based solely on facts and my opinion. The business decision is ultimately up to you, the potential customers.
