On November 11, 2013, I got the grease trap service done from Burns Septic. At that time, the techniain did not have the proper tools for opening the bolts. He got few of the bolts out and could not get the rest of the bolts out. So what he does is, he gets a crowbar and yanks the side of the grease trap, puts the vacuum and drains the grease trap. I’m not a pro at this so I expected the grease trap to be clean. Boy was I wrong. On Dec 1, 2013, the water was not draining through the grease trap and was coming up from the drain pipes, so I had to call Burns Septic again. This time different tech guy came and got the remaining bolts out and did a proper cleaning. There were debris that were not cleaned properly from the first time and that was causing the problem.
Now, what I don’t understand is why are they chargning me twice for the work that they did not operate properly from the first place? If the service was done properly then this would not have happened from the start. Also, they have bent the lid of the grease trap by yanking with the crowbar and I have to get a new lid because it does not fit properly.
This is a total scam. They do a piss port job, making you get another service, and then charges you more then the first bill.
