This is an underrated Chinese/​Vietnamese restaurant.
My only suggestion is to order the Mi Xiu Cao (Egg Noodles with dumplings). The noodles are cooked perfectly, not soft or hard. The dumplings are flavorful and meaty. Finally, the soup is what draws everything together.
So go shopping at the Saigon mall next door to buy yourself a $ 20 suit and eat a delicious lunch afterwards.

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant out because it was recommended by my co-​worker. I tried their house special noodle and she tried the crunchy seafood noodle. My bowl was OK but her dish was terrible. It was overcooked and the seafood portion was tinny, foul-​smelling, and tastes VERY BAD. This place was VERY expensive compare with other restaurants nearby. They take CASH ONLY — so check your wallet before dine there. We would NEVER comeback to this restaurant again!
