Take their 24 hour service claim with a grain of salt. We decided on this company due to their customer service when pricing heating oil providers. Judy is excellent but the people in the office can only do so much when the truck doesn’t show up. Took 4 times to get our first fill including missing a day of work for nothing. Our second fill was supposed to be today & they told my wife 3 times the truck was on the way. No luck. Another freezing cold night with our one month old baby. I’m going to find out tomorrow what I have to do to break our contract.
