After going there for over ten years… they recently disappointed me by ruining a pAir of slacks… When I told them… they’re attitude really sucked… and they acted that they ruined my slacks… and was not going to do anything about it… Imagine after spending thousand of dollars, they didn’t even value my business and didn’t offer any remedy. Think it’s there Korean business attitude toward customers that has turned me against doing business again… and telling all my friends and neighbors to avoid the place. If there was a rating less than one star. they would have earned it!

I have to give them credit. It is convenient. But, don’t ever think you can get cleaning done quickly and the price is not competitive. I will drive a little further and save a great deal.

We switched from Westminster Cleaners to Class Act Cleaners several years ago because the 1st location rarely had the clothes done on the pick up day! We have never had that problem at Class Act, and we take a large bag of dress shirts and suit pants every other week. We love the owners(who always carry my clothes to the car for me!) and the hours are convenient. They also have a drive up service if you can’t get out of the car for one reason or another, which is also a great convenience!

I recently went here for the first time b/c I was in super hurry to get my blazer dry cleaned. I had overnight service done — job well done. It was only like $ 6.75 or $ 7 or so. Very inexpensive compared to places where I used to take my stuff. Friendly lady at the counter was a plus, too.

I heard some bad things about them from people on my street but decided to give them a chance… BIGMISTAKE! I gave them a suit jacket and pants to replace the buttons. the older lady at the front suggested changing all the buttons to match on the jacket i said okay for a set price of 2 dollars a button when I came back to pick up my clothes she only replaced one button on the jacket(mismatching) and used a completley different button for my pants on top of that she charged me 10 for the two! Very shady and lazy people I would not recommend going there. I now take my clothes to a place down the street off westminster blvd across the street from the movie theater.

The old owners were wonderful! Since this changed ownership some years back they shrunk my cashmere sweaters and refused to accept responsibility. They also destroyed my daughter’s prom dress. We picked it up the day of her prom and the satin was ripped in many places and the fake diamond/buckle strap was completely broken in many pieces. They didn’t dry clean this dress, they washed it! Just like they did my sweaters. They offered to buy a new one since there was no way to repair this one. We rushed to Macy’s and bought one that was less expensive and they reimbursed us, but had the audacity to ask us for the dress! The new one was half the price, there was no way I was letting them keep the destroyed one so they could fix it and re-sell it!

This is a nice place to send your dry cleaning. They have friendly staff and I like the fact they open shop at 6:30 am during the weekdays.

Highest Quality — Highest Prices. Very professional operation. Looks like they do all their dry cleaning on premises.
