I was a patient with this company. I found the staff personable and responsive while I was there. Unfortunately I had a specialty pharmacy that required an extra step from the staff for me to get the medicine I needed for my psoriasis. When my company changed insurance companies they did not follow up with the pharmacy delaying my medication until I came in for my appointment. I informed them I was leaving the state for another job and needed the medicine quickly they failed to put the order in correctly or follow up after I called in a timely manner. Very disappointing leading to a flare up in symptoms. I strongly recommend not using this office.

Its a shame that good doctors have terrible staff. My biopsy results were late, I called to get them and the lady over the phone said that she had them but had to have a doctor call me directly. This sent me into a panic thinking I had cancer. Then after numerous calls, 48 hours later I get a call from a nurse saying everything is fine they just lost my file. «Oops!» Today I had a 3 month follow up appointment to do another spot check because I was sunburned last time and the doc wanted to see it under normal conditions. They had no record of why I was being seen and had no notes about what was being checked. I ended walking out of the appointment before I even got to see the doctor. I told them to destroy my file and I would not be returning.

I’ve been a patient here for over six months now and haven’t really had any major problems with this office. Minor problems include getting a phone call to tell me that they found abnormal cells in a biopsy, but not mentioning it wasn’t cancer. Also, having very limited availability as well as taking an hour and a half lunch without answering phone calls(Isn’t 12 – 1:30pm the same time that working people make all their appointments??) Sometimes I feel like I don’t get all of my questions asked, but other than those few little annoyances they did very well when I had a melt-down in surgery. Dr. Ben Kochman is surprisingly compassionate for a Man’s-Man kind of guy. Very friendly and explains things well(as long as you ask the questions!).
